Live Seafood - Hopping from Marina Club to Orchid Club

Enjoying the labor of hardwork... Chef Kai is going to cook for us the live prawns..

Making them into sticks....

Cautiously looking after the cooking temperature, ensuring that all prawns are well cooked.

We always leave all meal preparation to our Chef Kai, because the rest of us we couldn't even tell if the food are undercooked.
加油!!... we are all so hungry you know...
haha.. making my photo as his wallpaper..
after we have finished up the prawns, finally we can proceed to a new location for dinner...

bullying BM - it's so cold so cold~...
Fried Egg w/ Char Siew and Sambal Kang Kong
Prawns roll and the Deep Fried Chicken Wings with Sweet Sauce (must try!!).

This cze cha stall has been visited by many local celebrities and it's most famous dish would be the chicken wings.
Made from only the tender portion of wings, the meat has been carefully prepare that you can eat them easily without fussing too much about the bones. We find similarity of the flavor as the twisties biscuits that we could buy in the mama shop, however, the mouthful terrific. The meat is tender and juicy and sweet at the same time with a tinge of sour. Nice!
I am grateful to friends who bring joys in my life, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.
