25 Years Anniversary

Our department is going for a lunch in Tung Lok, there are altogether 14 of us and it was very amazing that we can all fit into a mini-bus. The table that we are sitting can accommodate all of us comfortably and the set menu could be prepared based on the number of people.
My FC and I had selected the tasting menu 6, which contains all the appetizing dishes that even our boss would like. However, the monetary value is actually lower than what we have ordered previously for another colleague. To increase the number of dollars spent, we have added in two more dishes. Surprising, even though those from the set meal are cheaper than the previous round, they are even better tasting and much more appealing. This has most probably be the reason that they have improved their presentation, or maybe, as our number of people in the sitting has increased, the chef are putting in much more food on the plates.

I am very happy that they are all very satisfied with the order and the arrangement, which matters to me the most.
