Lunch Order

The stall has forgotten about our lunch delivery and when I called, they quickly sent 8 packets of fried breaded fish with veg, eggs and rice to us. The boss remembers that we have ordered 8 packets of food but have lost the details. He sent us 8 crispy fish set, saying that it should be acceptable by most people. He explained that the decision was made because they are afraid that we might all be hungry after waiting for so long. However, 4 packs orders from our Muslim colleagues, I said that it would not be possible for them to accept Chinese food as an alternative. However, the boss persuaded me to show them the food and let them decided after looking at what is being prepared. He did not collect any money on today and ask me to pass him the collection on tomorrow. The boss charged us only $3.00 per pack with added ingredients (3 large crispy fish fillet) instead of the usual $4.00. He has even text me to inform that he is back to the canteen, and offered food replacement should my colleagues find them unacceptable.
