Front: one school and a patch of greens, industrial area up at the front does emits a lot of smoke, hope the air travels upwards only. I think I could see the land Malaysia from here.
Right-side: Spring Lodge (HDB flats), after passing those few blocks, we would reach the sungei sembawang "river". It looks muddy after a good rain.
The left side is another block of flats and there is another school at the back.
Distance from MRT: 1.18km
Estimated Time: 15 - 20 mins
If i forgot to bring my Ez-link card or anything from home, it would definitely be a 3.5km run.

this is the location of your new flat?
it's still a soccer field at the moment. yup, my future flat will be built on this piece of land.
