Set my blood boiling

This is a story of two old men being tricked into our Company appointed hotel and their struggles for power.

During the day of arrival, they complained about the room and asked for a change to the suite rooms and walk (hoo-hooed) into another five star hotel across the street. Who on earth would upgrade themselves to one more star rating hotel during economic downturn, unless they don’t feel the pitch because it is not their money.

We abide their requests for the meals and the internet access, but still, they secretly contacted the five star hotels until I received call from the hotel sales manager.

On their second visit, things are going the other way round. Our old men brought some fellow disciples to Singapore for a long stays and booked the hotel of their choice and charge all the costs to us. The young and the old are enjoying the privilege that doesn’t justify their ranking, but this team is so important to us that we are not in any good position to control them. Not only that they demanded special services and treatment from us, they also deliberately spent our money and insisted that we should all bear the costs. Our currency has were contained in a transparent plastic bag as if the value is insignificance and they keeps on complaining about us and even disgrace themselves by being loud and demanding in the hotel.

I have gathered some evidences from the emails and receipts, and it is not a surprise that the estimated total cost has way exceeded our budget. The time and money has also been abused. Actions needs to be taken, although the decision is done late, I am still happy that they have been instructed to control themselves. We have received an amulet to stop their complaints and we need not listen to all their wimps and wishes.
