We have done some changes to make this year a better one. I am apprehensive but happy at the same time. As I did not expect that the 5% variable for the 3 quarters would be given at one go. I thought that we are only entitled to one quarter as we did not meet the budgeted lines. This is a little piece of good news, as this is my first year getting a complete 5% profit sharing.
We will all need to work hard to keep the cost down, by comparing prices for 5 times. As I need to do a lot of purchasing, it may means that I will need to use more time to source for better deals. If all effort can help to save money, it is worthwhile.
