There are 220 units available in Sembawang Riverlodge (even though it looks like merely a big drain), but the BTO is near my home and within acceptable distance to our workplace. We are the number 178 in the queue. I did not plan for prepare for the coming of the new flat. The location is quite a distance from the mrt station (approximately 20 mins walking distance), but it is by far some of the lowest price seen for a 4 rooms HDB flat (between 212K -268K).
The decision would depends on the floor plan and the availability of the units we spotted favorable. I hope that I would have some idea on the finances.
